Timber with fine texture, irregular grain and dark brown colour.
Guyacan is truly an exceptional wood ('Argentine brown ebony'). The hardest of all Argentine woods offers very good stability and excellent resistance to weathering. Due to the hardness it can be finished to a high lustre.
